In the past the building had a
simmetrical structure, with a higher central building and two
identical side aisles.
The changes over the last century led to the enlargment of the
right side provided with a room where there is still today the
“barricaia” (the room for the french -oak barrels), the bottling
machines and the room for the aging in the bigger slavonia casks.
In the year 2007 a new part of the cellar has been equipped with
stainless steel tanks, with more space to receive the harvested
and selected grapes. These changes gave us the chance to have
today a better place where the full wine making process is run.
