The Chianti
Classico is produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grown in
our property.
Grapes: Sangiovese 93% and Canaiolo 7%
Vinification: maceration on the skins lasting 18-21 days,
temperature controlled between 28-30 degrees Celsius.
Aging: totally 18 months divided in 12-14 months in medium
size oak barrels and 2 months in stainless steel vats
followed by 6 months of aging in the bottle before releasing
it on the market.

Packaging:
bottles of 0.750 liters, horizontal boxes of 6 bottles each,
Magnum (1,5liters) in individual boxes. |
