Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. RISERVA

The Chianti Classico "I SODI" RISERVA is produced only in the best years with grapes of Sangiovese uniquely produced in our farm. After a long and slow grapes fermentation, the wine is put in steel tanks and then in barrels of bay oak
for at least one year, where the traditional ageing is made.

The "Vin Santo I Sodi" "from the keg" is made with raisins "Malvasia of the Chianti and Trebbiano Toscano". After the usual ageing in small kegs the "Vino Santo" (Holy Wine) is ready after about four years. After another period of refinement it is finally bottled.
