Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. RISERVA

The Chianti Classico "I SODI" RISERVA is produced only in the best years with grapes of Sangiovese uniquely produced in our farm.

After a long and slow grapes fermentation, the wine is put in steel tanks and then in barrels of bay oak for at least one year, where the traditional ageing is made.

Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.

The Chianti Classico "I SODI" is produced  with grapes of Sangiovese and Canaiolo uniquely produced in our farm.

"Solerto" I.G.T. Toscana

This wine, with a fruity flavour, fully complies with the old Tuscan tradition.

It is produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and the typical vine plants of the area.

It is bottled in advance to enhance its main qualities: flavour, taste and fragrance.

Vin Santo del Chianti Classico D.O.C.

The "Vin Santo I Sodi" "from the keg" is made with raisins "Malvasia of the Chianti and Trebbiano Toscano". 

After the usual ageing in small kegs the "Vino Santo" (Holy Wine) is ready after about four years. After another period of refinement it is finally bottled.

Grappa di Chianti Classico

The grappa is uniquely produced by our fresh dregs of grapes.

 Distillation method is that "discontinuous with low degree column" which gives to grappa a marked and agreeable flavour.

A drink of "Grappa" is the perfect ending of every good meal.

Content: 0.700 l.

 


Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

The "extra-virgin" olive oil is obtained by the grinding and pressing of the olives which are of several species such as "coreggiolo, moraiolo, leccino, pendolino".

All the olive trees are grown organically in the traditional manner.
