A fruity wine which represents
well the old traditions. Composed of Sangiovese, Canaiolo,
Malvasia del Chianti, Trebbiano Toscano, it is bottled when
it is still young in order to enhance its soft but deep
taste and aromas.
Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 4%, Malvasia e Trebbiano 6%
Vinification: maceration on the skins lasting 10-15 days in
stainless steel vats, temperature controlled between 26-28
degrees Celsius.
Aging: 6-8 months divided in 2-3 months in oak barrels
followed by 2 months of aging in the bottle before releasing
it on the market. |
