The desire of development has to go together with the link to the past and the good job we did 40 years ago when we planted the first vineyards. All the new vineyards which correspond to just a third of the entire property, they have been planted in order to satisfy the requests of the new rules for the Chianti Classico production and also to improve those parts of the property in which the production needed to be enhanced.
However the old vineyards are always cared as in the past in order to keep a consistent production, a high quality level and the best byo-type of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes which represent the company since more than dozen years.
